Application Procedure

Please Note: Application fee is non-refundable & non-transferable

Documents for ICA Student’s Pass Application: –

  1. 2 Passport-sized photographs with white background (full colour)
  2. Copy of student’s Birth Certificate (original and English translated and notarized)
  3. Copy of student’s parents’ & siblings’ passports (or identity cards)
  4. Completed ICA student’s pass application forms – Form 16 & Form V36
  5. Visa required countries require: –
    • Bank statement showing a fixed deposit of minimum SGD30,000 & validity of minimum 3 months
    • Parents’ monthly salary statements (original & English translated & notarized)

Modes of payment: –

  1. Cheque/Cash/Bank Draft/ Telegraphic Transfer
  2. Cheque/Cash/Bank Draft should be payable to “ASCENSIA ACADEMY PTE LTD”
  3. Telegraphic Transfer to: “Ascensia Academy Pte Ltd” ,  UOB Account No: 116-309-314-1
    (Obtain TT information slip from Ascensia Academy)

Student’s Pass Application

  1. Ascensia Academy submits online Student’s Pass Application to ICA
  2. ICA processes Student’s Pass Application (usually 3-4 weeks)
  3. Ascensia Academy notifies student (via email) on outcome of Student’s Pass application
  4. Ascensia Academy emails In-Principle Approval Letter (IPA) to student if Student’s Pass is approved.

Admission Procedure

Documents for completion of ICA Student Pass formalities: –

  1. Passport
  2. Disembarkation Card (issued upon arriving in Singapore)
  3. Passport-sized photograph (full colour with white background)
  4. In-Principle Approval (IPA) letter issued by ICA
  5. Student Pass application eForm (printed out by Ascensia Academy)
  6. Medical Report (if required)
  7. Possible required documents (Original):
    • Birth Certificate (original and English, translated & notarized)
    • Highest Education Certificates and transcripts (original and English, translated & notarized)

Fees paid before course commencement, in the event that fees are applicable to be paid in instalment:

  1. 1st instalment (as stated in Letter of Offer) to be paid 1 month before class commencement in full
  2. If there are 2 or more fee instalments as stated in the fee schedule, student must pay 1st instalment before course commencement and 2nd instalment to be paid 1 week before the due date of the 2nd instalment

Mode of Payment

  1. Cheque/Cash/Bank Draft: made payable to “Ascensia Academy Pte Ltd”
  2. Telegraphic Transfer to: “Ascensia Academy Pte Ltd” ,  UOB Account No: 116-309-314-1
